About Company
Our company has been established in 2006 as a sole proprietor company in the name of BINATENAGA ENERGY MANAGEMENT, we decided to upgrade it to become a private limited company as BINA TENAGA ENERGY SDN BHD has been established in 2021.In Binatenaga, our main purpose is to help domestic users in saving their electricity bills in terms of eliminating their power factor surcharge in electricity bills.
Technically, by eliminating these power factor surcharges the consumers can optimize their usage efficiency level of electrical consumption in very ideal condition, this is actually parallel with an encouragement from TNB itself.
We conducting all engagement relating to the product including manufacturing, fabricating, consultation and trading (including service and maintenance).

Bina Tenaga Energy Sdn Bhd (“BTESB”) principally engaged in correcting Power Factor and optimising efficient power usage via our PFCS equipment to reduce an electricity overheads. With over 15 years’ experiences and proud records in reducing three main compenents of energy (i.e) kWh, kVar & kVarh, we offer a total sustainable energy efficiency solutions that benefits not only end users but to the government, power producers and distributors as well as solar providers.
A rapid growth in RE (Renewable Energy) Sector particularly a solar solution plays a significant role in smoothing our energy transition period. Whereas Bina Tenaga through our Energy Efficiency Equipment via Power Factor Technology deliver a multiple impact in ensuring the active power is delivered smoothly. By maintaining the high power factor in internal distribution line it will reduce a power producing process that subsequently minimize our dependency on carbon intensive power plant (i.e reduce cO2 emissions). Meanwhile in solar sector, the high power factor will encourage high generation and distribution of solar energy with more greener and cheaper subsequently will reduce a demand from normal distribution (TNB).
BTESB's product recognition from the goverment (NRECC-previously known as KASA) in conserving the power usage and reduce GHG emissions simply outline our strength to be part of the sustainability agenda (SDG & ESG). In fact, our SIRIM Certification (IEC: 60670-1:2015, EN-60831-1:2014, EN-60831-2:2014) in parallel with SDG 7 (affordable & clean energy) through a hybrid system- PFCS and main capacitor bank, SDG 9 (industry, innovation and infrastructure) through upgrading infra and retrofit industries to make them sustainable. This is where PFCS fits the bill.
