Acquired more than 16 years of in-depth commercial experience and continuous scientific works in energy efficiency specialist on power factor technology. Founder of Binatenaga Energy Management and Bina Tenaga Energy Sdn Bhd. He started his involvement in the power factor solution and energy efficiency soon after a few years graduated from UiTM. Soon after founding Bina Tenaga Energy, he focused on the development of sustainable-centric product management reporting such as the Power Factor Outcome Table (PFOT) and Return on Investment Analysis. He also developed the Standard Technical Inspection Procedure (STIP) and the Carbon Emission Savings Calculation awaiting endorsement from SIRIM as an industrial standard. These works are implemented by a strong technical and production team, driving certifications from SIRIM and MyHijau. He is responsible for the development and commercialization of PFCS-BINATENAGA in industrial and commercial sectors for more than 15 years with total contract sales amounting to over RM10 million.

A chartered accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She manages Bina Tenaga Energy’s financial risks, planning, record-keeping, and reporting, and assists clients in ESG sustainability reporting related to energy and emissions under Bursa Malaysia requirements.

Baharuddin manages sales teams, maintains customer relationships, and seeks new business opportunities. His expertise also includes independent sales strategy, pipeline management, and ICT-based project execution, driving innovation and partnership opportunities across various business sectors.
